Break for Breakfast!
Ever wonder why you run out of steam so early in the day? It’s probably because you skipped breakfast. The brain runs on glucose - fuel you need to do anything. If you skip breakfast, that’s 13 hours with nothing in your system - the brain is deprived. Eating breakfast improves concentration, memory, and mood. And skipping breakfast won’t help you loose weight. it often leads to overeating later in the day. So tomorrow morning, break for breakfast!
