Apples to Apples

Apples are now 130 calories, as opposed to the FDA's former rating of 80 calories.  The reason - supermarket fruit has gotten much bigger over the years (yesterday's medium apples is today's small).  Oranges also went up in calories from 70 - 80.  On the bright side, their vitamin and fiber counts have gone up as a result.
